Booking Policy
Places are limited and bookings are dealt with on a first-come,
first-served basis. Places are limited so early booking is advised.
Places are only guaranteed once payment has been received.
Alternative methods of booking a place on our courses please call
0844 415 0532 to make a payment over the phone or arrange to
send a cheque.
Payment
Please note that payment is required in advance of the event.
Lunch and Special Dietary Requirements
Lunch and beverages are provided (unless otherwise indicated).
If you have any special dietary requirements please notify us
in writing in advance so that we can make appropriate
arrangements with the venue.

Cancellation policy
If for any reason, you cannot attend the course, please contact
us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the fee
(less 20% to cover administration costs) will be returned but only
if more than fourteen (14) days written notice is provided.
In the event of partial or non-attendance, the full fee will be
payable. In the event of sickness, refunds will only be issued when
a valid doctor's certificate is produced.
